Shipping Information
At Niloty, we're proud to offer free shipping on all orders.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it's placed. An order is considered dispatched when it's handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address. During peak times and holidays, processing may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order is dispatched, transit typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location. Please note that during peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit time and tracking updates outside of our control. If your order is shipping internationally, unexpected customs delays may extend the overall delivery timeframe beyond what's noted above.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It's the customer's responsibility to ensure shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate details may result in delayed processing or order cancellation. For system-detected address issues, our support team will email you to verify your shipping details within 3 business days of your order being placed. If we don't receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at support@niloty.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but we can't guarantee we'll be able to make them after this time.
Delayed Delivery
We understand that receiving your order in a timely manner matters, and we ship every order as quickly as we can. That said, delivery can occasionally be delayed by circumstances outside our control — courier disruptions, severe weather, customs holds, or address verification issues, among others. We'll notify you as soon as possible if we become aware of anything affecting your order.
Niloty isn't liable for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, and we can't guarantee an exact delivery date. We will always do what we can to keep you updated and help resolve any issues that come up.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed to our courier, its journey is out of our direct control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@niloty.com and we'll do everything we can to help. We also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, since most carriers have their own process for this and may need information from you to proceed — we'll follow up with them on your behalf as well.
Niloty isn't responsible for packages lost or stolen after dispatch, and these fall outside our refund policy. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement. If a package can't be located, we recommend filing a police report.

Niloty reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time. It's the customer's responsibility to review the most recent version before making a purchase. By purchasing and continuing to use Niloty products, customers accept this Shipping Policy, including any future updates.
